
A business and technology delegation from Iran will travel to Venezuela in September of this year to develop the country’s scientific market.
The Center for International Science and Technology Interactions of the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology will send Iranian knowledge-based and creative companies to Venezuela to familiarize themselves with Venezuela’s technological infrastructure and develop the market for Iranian-made products.
By participating in this 4-day trip, companies will benefit from programs such as holding face-to-face meetings with corresponding companies, visiting industrial production centers, holding educational seminars on trade with Venezuela, and holding an exhibition of knowledge-based products.
This trade and technology delegation will travel to Venezuela from September 4 to 9, 1401, and companies active in the fields of agriculture and animal husbandry, medicines and food supplements, medical equipment, precision instruments and advanced equipment, oil, gas and petrochemicals, polymers and advanced materials, creative industries, IT and e-commerce, recycling and municipal services can participate in this trip and introduce their products and capabilities to Venezuelan technologists, commercial companies, businessmen and investors.
Not long ago, the Minister of Science and Technology and the Minister of Agriculture of Venezuela, at the head of a delegation of commercial and technological companies of this country, were guests of the Vice President for Science and Technology, and in the presence of Surena Sattari, Vice President for Science and Technology, they visited the permanent exhibition of Iranian-made technologies. This work was done with the aim of developing the market for Iranian-made products in the world, introducing our country’s technological capabilities to Venezuela, increasing technological interactions and exchanges between Iranian knowledge-based and creative companies and corresponding Venezuelan companies, and familiarizing them with Iran’s technological capabilities and advances.
After visiting the achievements and products of creative companies, the Venezuelan Minister of Science and Technology announced the country’s readiness to host these products and develop the export of Iranian-made cultural and creative products. The Deputy Minister of Science and Technology is trying to pay special attention to the export of creative industry products to the large Latin American market in addition to the export of our country’s technological products to Venezuela, by following up on the necessary steps.
Following this trip, Iranian knowledge-based and creative companies will travel to Venezuela in September of this year so that scientific and technological cooperation and interactions between the two countries can accelerate and be carried out in the form of joint bilateral projects.
